All BotMan420© Collection Products Are Exclusively Available From Ely Wholesale

Each Unique product has a design "BotMan420" copyrighted by Ely Wholesale.

We are not Amazon, nor do we stock these items. All orders are sent to production on an individual custom basis.

That being said...What you need to know before ordering any BotMan420© Collection Products.

Once orders have been placed, processed and payment is approved, we contact our custom supplier and place your order. (3-5 days - Excluding weekends and/or holidays) Also, Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Order processing times: After our custom supplier has received our order, it may be another 3-5 days before production.
We are ordering 1 custom piece at a time, compared to their customers who order in bulk! (They make their own schedule).

Shipping timeframes are estimates and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. (In rare instances, time from order to delivery can exceed 2 weeks).
You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present, unless otherwise requested from them.

*Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery estimates for all services do not include customs processing times, if applicable. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Once the package is turned over to a delivery company, ownership transfers to the buyer.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, misdeliveries, forwarding service errors, weather-related delays, or damages.

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim at USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Ely Wholesale will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns Policy: All sales are final no returns will be accepted by Ely Wholesale on ANY CUSTOM BotMan420© Collection Products. Orders become "Custom" as soon as we put in your order to our supplier.
